At Seat & Rest, we want you to love your new home textiles. However, we understand that sometimes an item might not be the perfect fit.

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy for our customers in the UK and the US, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused and Unwashed: Items must be free from hair, dust, odors (including pet odors), stains, or other signs of use.

  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and inserts included.

  • Hygiene Exception: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bedding products (such as sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers) if the package has been opened or the hygiene seal has been broken, unless the item is defective.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards.

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale".

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return in your message. If your return is accepted, we will send you the nearest return address instructions (we have return locations in the UK and USA).

3. Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Seat & Rest will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/color, or simply don't like it, you (the customer) are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at info@seatandrest.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please attach photos of the damage/defect to your email to speed up the resolution process.

 

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

6. European Union & UK Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

 

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • Processing Time: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank Processing: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
