Where can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number is included in your Shipping Confirmation email. This email is sent automatically as soon as your order leaves our warehouse (usually 1-2 business days after you place your order).
- Can't find it? Check your Spam/Junk folder for an email from Seat & Rest.
My tracking says "No Information Found"
Don't worry! This is normal.
- Tracking numbers are generated as soon as the label is created.
- It can take 24-48 hours for the courier to scan the package and update the system.
- Please check back in a day or two.
How long does shipping take?
As mentioned in our [Shipping Policy], typical delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 6 - 11 Business Days
- United States: 7 - 13 Business Days
My package is late.
