At Seat & Rest, we are proud to offer international shipping to our customers in the United Kingdom and the United States. We strive to process your orders quickly and ensure they arrive safely.
1. Processing Time (Handling)
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: Processing time is separate from the shipping time. This is the time it takes for us to pick, pack, and hand your order over to the carrier.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
United Kingdom (Domestic)

Standard Shipping: Free for orders over £75.

Flat Rate: £4.99 for orders under £75.

Estimated Delivery Time: 6 to 11 business days.
United States (International)

Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $100.

Flat Rate: $9.99 for orders under $100.

Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 13 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs processing.
3. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. International Shipping & Customs
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

For US Customers: Orders under $800 are generally not subject to import duties, but this is subject to US Customs regulations.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@seatandrest.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Lost Packages: If your tracking status says "Delivered" but you have not received it, please wait 3 additional business days as carriers sometimes scan items early. If it still has not arrived, please contact us.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@seatandrest.com; if the order has not yet been fulfilled, we may be able to correct it.
